Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we do our best to deliver your products as quickly and accurately as possible. We aren't perfect.
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM MST will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING
Currently, krazidoc products are only shipped domestically in the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to us in Idaho, you'll get your order faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, krazidoc is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes imposed by your state of residence in which the package is shipped and received.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@krazidoc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please return it within 90 days of your purchase for a full and immediate no-hassle refund (less shipping fees).
